I just saw this ad on imamother, and so amazed at this school. I would've loved to have my own kids attend a school like this one.

When I see stuff like this, it makes me sad. Is it just too bad we were born and raised chassidish?? Don't get me wrong, I'm not resenting being chassidish, but why is there no school like this in the very frum communities?
I'm looking into schools now for my 2 yr old dd, and haven't found one that is anything relatively close to this!

Because how many people in the very frum communities are willing to pay this (tuition) price?

While not the Reggio Emilia approach, there are definitely frum Montessori schools. The one above is where my eldest DS went and THRIVED.

Unfortunately these schools are much more expensive than "stick 27 kids in a room with one overworked teacher" approach, but I think the frum world is realizing how incredible a more individual and holistic education can be.
