My dd getting married next winter. I'm looking for someone that does very soft and natural, not heavy. I dont have a large group. Everyone I've tried needs a min of 5 to come to house/hall. I only have 3.

You're probably better off going for someone who's not as "out there" but still does a very good job. My friend who did my and my sisters' hair for my chasunah is extremely good and has started to make a name for herself, but she's still relatively unknown and therefore more likely to take smaller jobs.
(She actually does makeup, too, but the pictures on her Instagram page show more dramatic makeup. I'm assuming she knows how to do more natural, too- any makeup artist does, if you tell them that you want very natural.)

Sorry, I don't have her number now, but she lives on 17th and 49th.
She is hands down the BEST makeup artist I or anyone in my family ever used.
She does an excellent job of not going too heavy, and still making everyone look beautiful.
