I. Am. Desperate.
She sleeps well at night but no naptime. No schedule. I need her to be on a good schedule.
Also, she sleeps well once she's settled but won't put herself to sleep. Me or DH have to hold her until she's alsleep and then put her down.
I know I should have done this a year ago but I didn't! Please help!

I highly recommend "Healthy Sleep Habits, Happy Child" by Dr. Weissbluth. Even if you don't think his method is for you, the book is still worth the read. Not only does he give you tips, he explains how much sleep and what times of day a baby/child needs at every age. He also weighs pros and cons of various sleep methods.
We used Dr. Weissbluth's methods though and our toddler has slept from ~7 pm to ~7 am since she was 15 months old, plus regular solid naps (2 hour minimum) 1-2 times a day (depending on her age).
Good luck!
