There's a Modzitz shtiebel on Coney between L and M, and Rav Avrohom Schorr on Coney between J and K.

Gur. But his shul is not.

(His father was Rav Gedalia Schorr from Torah Vdaas.)

If I were to expand my search to include the East 9th-East 19th range Between H and P which would be reasonable walking distance from where I will be moving to, are there any additional chassidishe shuls in that area?

Do you want the Rav and the nusach to be chassidish, or also the people davening there? If only the former, your expanded zone would offer you Landau's at 9th and L, Rabbi Schmidman on East 18th between K and L, Nadvorna at 8th and N, Rabbi Gornish at 15th and O, Rabbi Mandel on East 13th between M and N, and another Modzitz on East 7th between L and M.

I see there are a lot of chassidishe shuls in flatbush. I am okay in either direction in regards to whether the congregants are chassidish or just the rav and nusach. Which of these shuls end davening around 12:00-1:00 pmish?

There's Rabbi Ruttner's shul on East 15 off avenue J, (1014 E. 15th St.), and Rabbi Frankel (Vyelipol) on East 21 and J. There are many chassidish-style shtiebels in Flatbush, however, most congregants are not BP-style chasidish.... no chasidish levush etc.

I have been to some shteibelach in BP and they finished much later than 12 pm. Do the litvishe/MO places finish earlier than that?
