AFAIK any food-grade DE is fine. IIRC I bought mine on Amazon.

Never, ever feed this to a child! Please consult your doctor....this can be really dangerous. Just because it's "food grade" doesn't mean you can eat it.
Have your child take whatever the pediatrician gives you to get rid of his pinworms. Hatzlacha.

Vermillion, I am curious what the dangers are. My pediatrican would not allow pregnant women to take pinworm medications because of side effect concerns, so DE was brought up as a safe way to treat the entire family when one child was discovered to have pinworms. Mixed in a smoothie, it's not like inhaling dust, so I'm curious what the medical dangers are to take into consideration. Thank you!
