Are there any places in Central London that sell kosher food or where we can eat (We're near Gloucester Rd Underground Station)?

Are there any delivery services who would bring food to us?

Selfridge has a kosher takeaway counter (Adafina, dual London Beth Din and Sephardi hechsherim).

Reubens as above, the only sit down option, as both of kosher restos in the City closed and ditto for Isola Bela in Westfield shopping centre.

There is a kosher dining option at nearby Imperial College, but you'll need to investigate. Both Adafina and Hermolis (LBD /Kedassia ))cater prepackaged meals, either hot food or cold option. Kaifeng used to deliver outside of NW London but usually steep minimum order and delivery charge.
