I made some schnitzel and then threw the container I had used for the egg in the sink. It clearly had schnitzel residue in it. I filled it with water to soak and went on to make a glaze for my son's birthday cake.
When the glaze was ready, I held the bowl in my hand and took the spoon out of it nad tossed it into the sink. It landed in the dirty container and mucky water splashed and a few drops got into the glaze. I figured it was minimal and anyway the glaze was still a little hot so maybe the minuscule mount of schnitzel residue in it got cooked. I spread it on the cake. Would you serve this?

Is the concern that there is raw chicken in the glaze or raw egg? Egg I wouldn't worry but raw chicken I'd worry.

My concern is the raw schnitzel. I had used this container to dip the schnitzel into the egg. It was full of water by the time the spoon landed in it and it splashed into the glaze, but there was definitely still some chicken in it.

Thanks. This is what I wanted to hear. Maybe I shouldn't check this thread anymore.

I served it and BH we all seem to be fine. I did keep it in the fridge as an extra precaution. It's all gone now, so I can stop worrying about it.
Thanks for all the advice.

Would definitely ask about fleishig status- this is likely a case where batel b'shishim applies.

It was undoubtedly batel b'shishim, but in any case, we had the birthday party right after our fleishig seuda, so nobody was having milchig coffee with it.
