I love the avocado salad at Renaissance.
And the salad with the lemon poppy dressing at Spoons.
Both dairy / parve cafes.

thanks! I'm going out with brother who is highly allergic to dairy; so would need completely parve or fleishig place.

sub express in boro park has good salads with chicken and portabello etc.. I also like shnitzi salads.
