I see nothing on the car seat, no tags or any notices that tell me when it expires. It is old.

The expiration date is usually etched into the plastic somewhere on the bottom.
Not easy to find but it's there.

usually 5-6 years from when it was manufactured.
If you dont see one then I would assume its old from before they started putting the expiration dates on.

It should say if it's graco or baby trend etc. Then you can call them after July 4th and ask. Usually 5 or 6 years.

If it doesn't say the brand anywhere then it's to old.
Most car seats last 5-6 years but there are some that last longer (I have a diono radian that is good for 10 years but it has steel in it not just plastic)
