Can anyone give me recipe for cutlets/chicken just for a couple? all the recipes in the recipe books are for big families

Just freeze what you don't eat and you have another meal or two. You can always half or quarter recipes as you need to as well.

1 whole chicken (or 1 chicken cut in parts) can generally feed 2 adults, 2x. So cook once, eat twice!

Or just use chicken pieces? They take less time to cook but that also mean it can get drier than the whole bird. So whilst I leave the skin on for the whole bird, l tend to cut off skin when cooking pieces, and marinade before baking.
