Would like to hear from others who have done kitchens - am I making a mistake by taking one cooktop which I'll use for both milchig and fleishig? I don't plan to have any other burners in the kitchen.
From a kashrus standpoint, having only 1 stovetop is fine.
COOKTOP = burners only. (I'll be getting two separate wall ovens for milchig/fleishig)
Cooktops are more expensive and it's either doing 2 slide-ins (oven with burners attached) -- or getting 1 cooktop with 2 separate wall ovens.
Thanks for your input.
