First marinate the chicken in teriyaki,honey,maybe a little wine....whatever u have around. Sautee a large onion and crushed garlic, then throw in the chicken and veggies and cook until ready.
Eta: if you want it to be pretty you can sprinkle some sesame seeds, and is delicious over rice!
