My DD is moving from one apt to another in Givat Shmuel. The new apartment is a fourth floor walk up. She got a quote of 550 shekel per hour for the move This is for three people, to help with the move. But there is no estimate of how long will it take for the people to move her.
Is this a normal price. Can she insist they give her a flat rate ?
