Ask your dr to test for Giardia.
It is a bacteria that is not usually tested for but causes havoc.
My kids had it and they had diarrhea in the morning only, for a week or so. It took 6 weeks until they were diagnosed and with 10 days of antibiotics they were bh better.
(It does cause a lactose intolerance for a month or two after so I was careful with that).
It can also cause nausea, tiredness, crankiness etc.

No that is incorrect. Frequent urination is a symptom, not diarrhea.
