What do I wear to the relative of a close relative (not sibling or child)?
Northeast "in Town" area.
I'm about 35. I went to the store and asked for something I could wear shabbos and wedding. Not too structured.
They gave me either gauzy light dresses or structured heavy polyester material dresses. They light ones didn't look like shabbos or wedding wear and I felt like I'm getting a bit too "young" to wear some of the styles.
I like to look stylish while still staying classy and not trendy. (if that makes sense).
I have a bunch of thin lacy tops to layer over a shell but not sure what type of skirt to pair it with to make it more dressy.
I have a floor length dress I've worn to a bunch of family weddings in the past, but I'm finding less people are wearing long and it doesn't look right anymore.
Any ideas of what would be appropriate to wear or ideas?
Thanks

35 is young enough to wear whatever you'd like.
I shop at Asos. I'm 29 and it never occured to me that I need to look for something according to age. I look at all the skirts, dresses and gowns and wear what I like.

They send you a prepaid return label with your package. You just save the mailer that the items originally came in, put the new label on and bring it to the post office. Then they even send you tracking updates as they receive and process your return. I've never had a problem with them. I love asos! Big fan - and they always have some unique modest skirts and dresses to choose from

very. They live right nearby and we all spend a lot of time together.
On both sides aunts are not wearing gowns, I know from previous weddings.

You can upgrade plain/light dresses with statement jewelry and make it look very weddingdik With a coordinated pair of heels you'll look elegant and classy!

Do they charge for returns?
How long does shipping usually take?
How do their sizes run?
