Thank you everyone so much! I already make a lot of side dishes with curry/cumin/turmeric, so going to skip that, also I am very much not a fan of smoked paprika (or smoke-flavored anything, for that matter). But lots of other good suggestions.
For those who use BBQ sauce, what brand? I saw some people gave brands, that's appreciated.
For those who kind of make their own sauce (with some kind of ketchup/soy sauce/brown sugar combo), can you please give the amounts?
Also any other ideas welcome!
