Did I see Chassidish people living on E 30's, Betw Ave T and Ave U (a block away from the entrance to the Salt Marsh)?

I know Chassidish young people cant find affordable homes in BP, but E 34 and Avenue U? I saw people going into a house on that block. Chassidim are moving that far out?

Please dont knock this post. Its not nosiness. The reason Im asking is that Im considering different areas in Flatbush myself and I want to know how far the Chassidish/Heimish crowd has reached.
