First, get a spray bottle with straight bleach, and soak every bit of mold in sight.
Keep your windows open, and get as much sunlight into the house as possible. UV rays help kill mold.
I hope you can find a good contractor soon! Mold is extremely dangerous and toxic. Be safe!

I forgot to add, go out and buy a couple of dehumidifiers. Make sure to empty the water trays as soon as they start getting full. This will make a big difference.
A hepa air filter is a good investment, too.

We had a really terrible mold problem on our service porch, stemming from the ceiling. Our landlord finally brought in a professional who picked up the floor above and found a leaking pipe. He fixed it, dried out the area, used anti-mold spray (available in your local hardware store), painted and B"H, no problems since then.
