Low calorie, medium to low on salt, very low cholesterol. Could you share? At age 42 and size 14 instead of a 8 or 10. Im already on cholesterol meds but Dr Wants to increase dosage. So I see soy products are zero cholesterol. What else? I believe that if I go back to size 10 will help for my cholestrrol and my blood pressure (not asking for less although I was once a between 6 and 8).
