Soak in oxy-clean every so often.

I use Oxi Clean brand detergent - the white revive type and I soak it all day or over night before letting it finish the load. Usually works pretty well. Undershirts and such will gray eventually no matter what as will white shells. I've found white shirts to hold their whiteness nicely like this.

I've used Oxyclean to restore antique lace curtains from musty and dark yellow, to a beautiful white or beige. A gentle soak is all that's needed. If it works on 100 year old cotton that has not been stored properly, I'm sure it will work on an undershirt!

Thank you
Do you use the actual detergant or the powder added to a wash or both?
is white bright a detergent or a laundry booster?

It's a powder, booster. I first put liquid detergent, then I add clothing and on top I pour the white bright.

I first stain remove or soak (or both) any really stained clothing tho, bec the white bright whitens, but doesn't always take stains out.

A capful of bleach and a scoop of oxyclean in each load + hot water setting.
