It covers regular dental, medical, eye, etc completely in my experience.
I'm having a tough time finding good prenatal care though.

It depends on where you live.
I'm in Brooklyn and I find that it has excellent coverage.

Amazing! I live in Brooklyn, had a great dentist, OB and pediatrician for kids. And best of all, it's not $$$ like what I pay now for insurance- plus company's and exorbitant deductibles At wits end

Covers homebirth midwives with a reasonable payment. The mws in my area only take UHC because the other plans pay them so little Sad

(And United is not available in my specific county, only the next one over.)

I live in NY and have had an overall positive experience with the plan. I visit a few specialists who accept uhcp, I had to shop around a bit to find specialists and pcp but I am very happy with my doctors, especially considering it's a Medicaid plan. Good luck

I used dr. Mann in Brooklyn (2 years ago). I happen to still be a dependent on my moms plan but they definitely took UHC. I don't know if anything has changed since but I definitely had a great experience (with two kids)

I use Bachman for OBGYN and I am very happy with him. He is on Central Ave. For PCP, I have never really found a good one but I'm pretty sure Arsinio Medical accepts UHCCP and the agency that I interned for reccomends them for their clients.
