Not really. The one on duty last night was in Ramot, tonight's is in Givat Shaul, and tomorrow's is in Malcha. It's true the Friday night one is usually in Beit Tsafafa, but it's on Berel Locker, bordering with Pat, and is completely safe with many Jews (myself included) living in the general area.
