my biggest fear since the 1975 movie Jaws ~ 4 or 5 Sharks sighted in Coney Island !!!
what does the aquarium and the news have to say about it - "oh they were just feeding ..." HELLO feeding on fish today - but what about tomorrow's lunch

I understand this is sobering but are the sharks ambulatory on dry land? Because you really should be safe. Or am I missing something?

they're swimming in pretty close to the shore waters ... where people are
what I don't understand is why they evacuated the waters only to let people back in within a couple of hours
I'll let you know if I see any today and if it stops me from swimming - or if I start thinking of other plans

We love going down to the Ocean (NJ coast) and wading in like up to our knees.....so I'm a bit concerned about this - it's rather close for comfort....
