Hi, looking into buying a house in Brooklyn, and losing hope when I see the prices, even in marine park. I'm wondering how far out have people started moving? Like, are there frum families also in the e 40's? Any info greatly appreciated!

Im interested in same.
Can those who know the area, tell me how far into Flatbush, people in 50's, who are open-minded Agudah type would find others like them.
TIA

people are living as far as hendrickson(thats e 42, is the block before flatbush ave. I think the blocks that are mostly frum are up to 38th, and the blocks after (ryder, kimball, coleman, hendrickson) are starting to have more frum, but ratio is is small. mostly non jewish but are jews on every block. as a side note, if you are considering these blocks, the non jews are (in my opinion) not the gross, low class non jews. they are more middle class, pleasant and friendly neighbors
hope this helps!

Any updates on this? I’ve noticed some homes for sale closer to Kings Plaza and also around S in the East 40s?
