I push off washing laundry and cleaning up kitchen. I don't want to do it. I am spoiled. What's wrong with me? Why is it so hard for me? Please help me figure this out?

Most tasks you take care of are over and done with. You can clean and ten minutes later it is messy again (if you have toddler). It is hard to stay motivated when the accomplishment is short lived. It's quite discouraging in fact. That is probably some of the problem.

I agree with the other posters. Also, could part of it simply be that you are tired? I know that that's what makes me push off household tasks. When I am exhausted, it's hard to get myself to do anything unless it's something that I really want to do, and cleaning up definitely doesn't fall in that category.

Helps to give yourself small goals and incentives
Also helps to turn on shiur or good music while u work..

It takes no more than fifteen minutes to fold a load of laundry. Set a timer and see. Then give yourself fifteen minutes to do something indulgent.
