I bought a few different flavors recently, and the two I opened were lumpy. I assumed they had gone bad and threw them out, but my husband thinks maybe they are supposed to be that way.
Has anyone tried these? What is the intended texture?

It is basically supposed to be fruit flavored cottage cheese. I am related to the owner of the company and they mentioned the first batch came out too smooth. So maybe you had one of the newer batches, which have the consistency of cottage cheese. I don't know for sure if they made a new batch, just stating what Im assuming. I can try to find out from my relative.

Yes, it was like a very tiny curd cottage cheese, and I was thinking it was supposed to be totally smooth. Thanks so much. That clears things up!

Just from the name I was imagining fruity cottage cheese.
