I've tried them all. My answer? The way that is the least likely to cause you a migraine.
If you are makpid to cover every strand of hair, I find that a sheitel works best, and a tichel comes a close second. I prefer tichels, and I wear a wig grip band underneath so that I don't have to worry about loose hairs sticking out, or the tichel sliding back on my head.
The wig grip is the greatest invention since sliced bread, IMHO.

Better than what? Better for what? Just not sure what "better" means in this question?

Wig grips are helpful with hats too.

Personally I vote Sheitels.
A) it covers every hair
B) it looks best (very important)
I'd never leave the house without it on

Better for Halacha / tznius, I think hats or tichels.
Better for looks, of course sheitels.

The "best" way to cover your hair is whatever way works best for you - most comfortable, most convenient, makes you feel good about yourself, makes you have positive feelings about the mitzvah of kisuy rosh...

Halachically, it will depend on your minhag.

We all connect to the mitzvah differently. There is no "better than the other". If you want to know what's better for your family than ask your rabbi or husband. But I feel this question could lead to judgment on others or lashon hara which are even worse than the halacha of covering ones hair.

Not always. I have a friend who, had she worn a sheitel, would have worn a short, synthetic sheitel as per her hashkafa. Instead, she wears a colorful silk scarf which complements her coloring and brings out her features.

Controversial topic here with lots of strong feelings. No need to stir that pot again.

The best way is to do what your dh wants. You want to look good for him.

I strongly disagree. Do what makes YOU feel good and beautiful.
For example, my husband would love if I wore a snood, but I strongly dislike the look- it seems frumpy and just plain unattractive to me. I feel very unattractive in it.
So I wear a wig or a tichel.

Personally, I think mitpachot are the best halachically. I have never owned a wig, never plan on it. I think I own one hat and thats it. I cover what I cover and thats that.
But others will say wigs and Im sure there are some who will say hats.

If the hair is covered, it's covered.
It doesn't matter what the covering is.

I like tichel with out a hat. I wear sheital for the society, but I don't like the feel of it I'm hot all the time and I have a "sensory" problem with it. It's not very bad, but I hate it hair touching my face.
For me, pretty beautiful tichels with my hair up is best.
I know I have choice, but I wear the sheital any way. It's better like this (for now lol may be some day I will do my own way).
