Picnic ideas

So holidays has officially started (for me) and I want to take out kids every day after day camp to the park and I want to take with supper already. What can I take with? Preferably nothing to be served hot as I will serve it much later only

cold fried chicken with corn & ketchup/dipping sauce

pastrami sandwiches with potato salad

tuna sandwiches with cut up veggies [carrots, grape tomatoes, cucumber sticks, red pepper, etc]

pizza [yes it taste yummy cold too]

yogurt with granola & tons of berries/fruit

cold pasta salad with cheese sticks

make sure to have a good cooler with proper ice & cold water or other drinks

Thanks greenfire these sounds amazing! Will definitely add them to my menu! Anyone else?

In addition to the great ideas by greenfire above, we've eaten burgers on buns at the park at room temperature. Along with corn on the cob on sticks.
Lollipop chicken (on a stick), rice salad in individual containers.
Even hot dogs on buns.
Macaroni cheese salad (cubed cheddar cheese, peas, carrots, pickles). Or macaroni mixed with cottage cheese.
Sandwiches (thinly sliced meat or chicken, cheese, tuna, sliced or mashed eggs, lox, avocado...)

Marinate chicken strips in equal parts soy sauce and brown sugar. Thread onto skewers. Grill.
