Are you interested in making nuggets, or using up tofu?
Personally, I don't think tofu would work well for this. It just doesn't have the right texture. Something like seitan or TVP might be a better alternative. I haven't tried any recipes, though, so in that I can only suggest Google, sorry.

I'd make something else with the tofu. Also, chicken is way healthier than tofu!

Oh that explains it! It WAS under healthy cooking.
If I make tofu I marinate in soy sauce and make a stir fry or something.
But we're sticking to eggs and fish this 9 days.
Legumes just don't agree with us
