As this is my pet peeve let me give you a small grammar lesson.

You said "where" that means a place you would like to go, an outdoor place (as you wrote), to take pictures.
If you are looking for a studio you would say "where is a good studio"
If you are looking for a photographer to take outdoor photos you write "To whom can I go" or "Who is a good photographer to take outdoor pictures of a baby".

Now on to your new question, for that price, I really don't know. Do you want prints included with this or JUST photos?

I believe many if not most charge more than that for picture/cd as well.
