I will be in Israel for Succos and would like to eat some of our meals out. I was told that some of the restaurants are open for meals and you pay in advance. Does anyone know which restaurants offer this? I will be in the center of Yerushalayim walking distance to rechavia. Also besides the Waldorf,citadel and plaza are there any other hotels that you can eat by that are so high priced? Any info is much appreciated,

do you mean on yom tov? I highly doubt any restaurants are open on yom tov.
If you mean chol hamoed, I dont think you need a reservation at all. If there is room, just go in.

Most large hotels (not just the ones you mentioned) offer yom tov meals, you just need to pay in advance. You should check beforehand, because they are often full will hotel guests during high season and may not be able to accommodate non-guest diners.
Most hotel meals are pricey. Perhaps the Prima Kings is cheaper?

You probably mean second day yontiv meals. We used to do this all the time when we came to Israel for succos. Book a reservation and give your credit card number before. You can do it at any restaurant, all are open because it's not yontiv here.
