There is no objective answer here. Depends on many factors.

$13 an hour is a lot if you don't have any degree.

Honey, there are hundreds, if not thousands of ladies and girls who work in offices in Lkwd with similar job descriptions as the very vague ones you gave. Trust me, if you tell us which industry you work in and how much you make, we will not be able to figure out who you are.
But we might be able to answer your question...

$13 is NOT a lot... it's a beginners salary without a degree. With a degree it's a little more - around the $18 mark.
In Boro Park/Williamsburg/Monroe area the going rates are starting anywhere bet. 13-15 with a yearly raise.
I know a few grads who started at $15 recently.
My sister who is 27 and works part time in the insurance field earns $25 an hour!!
In lakewood and Monsey the pay range is a little lower, starting at 11-12 and going up from there.....

About 3-6% increase is typical but that doesn't mean that every company gives a yearly raise, depends on how well the company is doing and if they need to worry about retaining employees or not. I got a 20% raise after my first year of work because my boss really liked me and worried I would leave. I did end up leaving because money wasn't what I was looking for at the time.

My non Jewish office in NJ averages 3-6% per year an is based on our yearly review results. 3% is considered cost of living and is given for a average review. 4-5% is given for a good review. 6% is given for an amazing review. We've had years with no raises for anyone (supposedly included CEO) when we did very poorly.

A larger raise is typically requested or given for doing something pretty amazing or above and beyond.
