yes you can do laundry tonight. No meat or wine or music I think-just tonight, not tomorrow. But laundry is allowed.

You're allowed to because this year Tisha Bav is a nidcheh.

Normally, we wait until chatzot of the day after Tisha b'av to do laundry, shave, and eat meat and wine. This is because even though the mikdash was set aflame on the 9th of Av, most of the burning happened on the tenth. Chazal weren't going to institute a two-day fast, so they chose the day on which the tragedy began. But to remember the churban, we keep some mourning into the tenth.
This year, the ninth of Av fell out on shabbos. We don't fast on shabbos (except for Yom Kippur) so it's nidcheh, pushed off, to the tenth, which is today. That means tonight is already the eleventh, and therefore we don't have any mourning.
ETA: I see there was lots of cross posting, sorry.

Many people hold that eating meat, drinking wine (except for havdala), and listening to music are still assur until tomorrow morning (not chatzos). The other restrictions, however (like laundry and showering) end tonight according to most.
