Amazing healthy mothers out there,
I want to make a fruit cobbler or other baked dessert, like cake, etc. , Or fruit compote, without sugar. It can have Apple juice concentrate, honey, maple syrup, preferably a moderate amount of of sweetener.
Please no berries or margarine or nuts or white flour.

My summer compote recipe is:
Peaches
Nectarines
Plums
Peel peaches and nectarines, wash plums. Slice fruit. Place in pot. Fill pot with water, at least halfway up to the fruit- I do more.
Drizzle with a touch of honey, sprinkle with cinnamon. Bring to boil then simmer for an hour.
Let cool and enjoy!

How about homemade applesauce? Easy to make in a slow cooker or on top of the stove. Just chopped peeled apples and cinnamon with a little water.
