Ladies I really need your help. I've been making Jamie gellers Chulent recipe. First few times my husband loved it and now he's not crazy about and niether am I. We love the Chulent that Shuls serve for kiddish but I can never figure out what they put to make it tastes so good. Can u please be so kind and share ur recipes with me
2 onions - 1 diced and one in rings
Onion powder - lots
2 -3 cloves garlic
few squirts ketchup
nice drizzle of honey
lots of salt
Montreal Steak Seasoning
Garlic powder
Paprika
4 - 5 potatoes, cut into chunks
strip Flanken
1 Marrow Bone
Rinse and boil Boil Handful beans and barley. Drain.
Add to cholent.
cover with water.
Cook on high for 7 hours and then lower to whatever temp is good for shabbos. (this may vary between models).
