This may sound confusing, but if a person blocks you from viewing them on your buddy list, but you can still im the person, if you have a feature that places screenames that are im'ed on your buddy list, will this person's screename be on your recent friends buddy list?

If they block you then you wont see them anywhere on your buddy list.
