I vote Shloimy's too. I love buying their ready made challos and then baking it myself, you get the best of both worlds.
They're at the corner of Clifton and Kennedy. On the Clifton side of the building.

Gourmet Glatt's challah is really good. I think I've tried not all but most of the challah places in Lakewood and they are the best so far in my opinion. I get the large heimish ones.

Hershey's Bakery (in the Amazing Savings shopping center) has a really great sweet challah, its almost like cake - if you like that.
But I haven't had it in a really long time, so it could be its changed.

I like Hershey's but I think there's so much personal taste that goes into these things. I agree that it's so much fun to bake up the Shloimy's challah.
