Looking for a quiet, more upscale coffee/dessert place in Brooklyn as a location for a private meeting. Needs to be both quiet and on the nicer side.
I'm thinking 1982 Coffee Roasters, but I want to be able to present a few other options. Has to be in Boro Park or the outskirts of Flatbush.

Can they serve regular fare too, or only desserts and coffee?
The dessert coffee places around here are mostly bakeries with no options to sit down.
I suggest Orchidea, a great upscale dairy restaurant.
And Spoons, a great café.
Another option is Cafe K.
There is Bleu but I doubt they have great desserts and coffee.

I don't want a meal, we have a lot to discuss, I want coffee and desserts. Spoons might work, if they won't look askance at people coming in and ordering coffee and cake and not a full meal. If I recall correctly, they have a back room that is a bit quieter.
