Rochie at the hair room did an incredible cut and rooting job on my sheitel. She charges 100 for a cut so it's very reasonable. You can check out her work on Instagram.

I think it depends on what kind of sheitel you are looking to have cut. Human or synthetic? Long or short? For a hat or not?
