My toddler is allergic to milk, eggs, soy and peanut butter. I suspect other foods too but have not confirmed it yet by a doctor. I am having a hard time coming up with a menu for breakfast besides bread and avocado/jam, oatmeal and cereal with rice dream.
Any other suggestions?

Smoothies. Make oatmeal breakfast bars or muffins. Rice cakes with hummus.

Would you consider meat? I was the assistant in a playgroup and a kid with all sorts of allergies would bring in his cold-cut sandwich from breakfast. His mother just shrugged when I asked her about it - he needed the protein and it's not like he was going to be eating dairy in the next several hours, so why not?

She also sent Ramen noodles for lunch (minus the spice pack)

Hatzlachah!

Cereal and rice dream is perfect for a toddler. Switch up the cereal for variety.

I didn't see anyone list parve coconut yogurt.

You could also make muffins. Make a large batch of muffins and freeze extras. You can warm them up quickly in the microwave.

Also, instead of regular oatmeal, you can make steel cut oats in the crockpot. One of my favorite ways of making it using the Trader Joe's unsweetened coconut milk beverage, steel cut oats, canned peaches (in juice) and dried cranberries. It's really yummy. Even better because you can make the night before and breakfast is ready in the morning.

Egg free pancakes or waffles, you can make a batch, freeze and defrost in toaster oven.

Granola.

Also, bread (crackers, pita) and almond butter.

Cheerios, cashews and raisins in a bowl. Or on top of applesauce.

Fruit shakes with canned coconut milk.

Avocado pudding.

I don't stick to traditional breakfast foods- as long as it's a solid nourishing meal, I'm happy. If it's chicken and rice for breakfast, that's fine. My sons allergic to milk and eggs among other things

Egg - free mayonnaise. Any fish, tuna, breaded flounder, egg-free gefilte fish, I used to do it years ago, but don't have a recipe now anymore.

Thanks so much for the replies and suggestions.

I have never seen coconut yogurt in the supermarket where I shop. Which brand makes it? Same with egg-free mayo.

Egg free waffles/waffles- recipe please.

Since the child is under 18 months, I was recommended to avoid nuts so granola and almond stuff is out.

Avocado pudding sounds interesting- recipe please.

I really appreciate all responses.

I have a child with similar allergies.

We have lots of cereal (so many types!) and oatmeal supplemented with fruits and veggies. My son is really ok with that.

Bananas! My toddler ate these exclusively for breakfast for about half a year. Applesauce is good too.
