Assuming I was heimishe, lived in yerushalayim, and had a babysitter age daughter:
1) why would you trust me/my daughter if all you knew about me was my screen name?
2) why would I allow my daughter to babysit at a completely anonymous person, when the only thing I know about her is that she *claims* to be a religious married woman?
I don't fit any of your criteria regardless, but my questions are real ones.

Just a word of caution - I wouldn't be so ready and eager to leave my kids with a strange woman in Tsfat or Jerusalem, however 'heimishe' she may seem. There are all kinds of kooks out there, and some of them do come in 'heimishe' attire.
An anonymous internet recommendation really is quite meaningless.
