Make a teriyaki sauce or other marinade (olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, Rosemary oregano salt and pepper is a good one) and broil on each side for 2-3 min then bake at 350 till ready

In israel the term shnitzel is often used for boneless chicken breasts. The word chazeh is also used, but shnitzel is definitely an accepted and common way of referring to it.

From BY cookbook (I think):
Lay cutlets flat and place pastrami on top, the roll jelly roll style. Hold in place with a toothpick. Pour on a sauce of equal parts apricot jam, mayo and ketchup, the bake on 350 first covered then uncovered.

Presents beautifully as well, especially when sliced in half.

Almost any saucy recipe that you would make for chicken on the bone works for cutlets. You just need less oven time so you don't dry it out.

The only recipes that don't really work are the ones that involve cooking rice or potatoes or carrots under the chicken because that requires more time in the oven.

Shnitzel is how they refer to the chicken breast when it is sliced.
Chazeh is usually used when the breast is sold whole or in thicker pieces, not the thickness you would use for breaded and fried shnitzel.
