I'm a WAHM and currently pregnant BH. I am a huge nosher and love to graze while working.
OB has recommended I limit my sweets/sugar intake as I am at risk of GB.
I am not a foodie and never know what to buy at the supermarket that I haven't bought yet, unless someone actually pointed it out or recommended a serving suggestion.
I need healthy snacks I can nibble at while working. I like raw vegetables but I get gassy very quickly and that causes me a lot of pain.
What could be an easy snack to prepare and eat?

Do raw cucumbers or celery cause you pain? I like having raw celery with or without butter and Persian cucumbers are great sliced into spears.
Have you ever had zoodles ( you make zuchinni into noodles). I love them raw with basil and olive oil and lemon juice or roasted with tomato sauce or garlic and olive oil.
I like trader joes herb seasoned popcorn. Greek yogurt is filling. If I'm home and hungry I often make sunny side up eggs ( or just egg whites) and serve with mashed avacado and salsa. It takes 5 minutes to make. Hope this helps

I have been recently into chick peas for a quick and filling snack.
Nuts are also good and filling protein munchies.

I don't know what you're allowed to have as a pre-diabetic but some of the items I like to snack on are
140 calorie bag popcorners
110 calorie bag pretzels
100 calorie bag fresh microwave popcorn (Golden Fluff makes the 100 bags)
15 almonds
1 sugar free yogurt
Bowl of blended soup
Grape tomatoes (doesn't give me gas like baby carrots)
Roasted beet chips and butternut squash chips

Here are some ideas:
- whole wheat crackers with hummus or peanut butter
- hard boiled eggs
- nuts
- mashed avocado with lime juice and salt on jicama or cucumber or rice cakes
- Roast a batch of vegetable at the beginning of the week and munch on them all week long. They taste great at room temperature.
- tuna salad in lettuce leaves
- you can roast rinsed and dried canned chickpeas with spices and oil to make a lightly crunchy snack
- half a baked sweet potato with Greek yogurt and cinnamon
Can you have any fruit?
-Greek yogurt with blueberries or strawberries, they are fairly low in sugar
- cottage cheese with berries or a peach
- cubed cantaloupe, also lower in sugar and a serving is pretty big
- cheese on thinly sliced apple
