It's not all the complicated.
"Hashem made people who look all different ways. Different people have different looking skin, or hair, or eyes, or other things. Sometimes it shows that they come from a certain place, or that their long ago grandparents came from that place. Everyone looks different, it's part of what makes human beings interesting.
How someone looks on the outside doesn't tell you what kind of person they are on the inside - if they're nice or mean or smart or silly. You have to look at how they behave to know that."
