Hand wash in cold water and drip dry, stretching by hand to reshape while still damp, if necessary. Use a lint brush to realign the nap once dry. But be aware that the color will likely bleed like mad. The people who make these things generally don't give two hoots about how they're going to be washed and probably don't think anyone will bother.

If you're afraid to wash and are concerned mainly about the inside getting grungy from sweat and hair oil, wipe down with a baby wipe or a cotton rag moistened with plain alcohol

Wash in delicate cycle (cold water) then put in a Correll bowl to dry to keep the shape

I dry it on my sheitel head.

No. But if the sheitel head is on a piece of bedroom furniture with drawers and the kippah drips onto it and ruins the finish, you have one very cross dresser.
