I need ideas on what to eat for breakfast! I am off rice, corn, potatoes, oats, gluten, high sugar foods (can have some sugar but not much - fruit sugar is ok). I get very bored of food after 2/3 days so I need a lot of diffrent ideas! I am sooooo bored of what I have been eating which is smoothies, cot cheese with fruit, eggs (all kinds), tuna, chickpeas, waffles and or pancakes and lettuce salads.

Please help! I need ideas!!!!!!!!!

I am going to try these waffles this week. I want to start filling my freezer with breakfast foods.

I have a silicone waffle pan that bakes 8 waffles at at time in the oven. Its the best. I make egg cups with different veg and cheese combos that you bake in a muffin pan.

Cheese pancakes with tapioca starch and cottage cheese. You can make them savory or use banana to sweeten.

Cheese sticks with pesto and nut crackers.

Cream cheese and lox on nut "Melba toast".

Plain yogurt with fruit.

Eggplant parmesan with toasted ground nuts.

Zucchini lasagna.

Hot roasted vegetables sprinkled with cheese to melt, wrapped in a large piece of lettuce.

Nothing wrong with freshly broiled fish for breakfast or even a meaty meal.

Crackers

You can top with various toppings for flavor (chopped onion, garlic, sesame, poppy, coarse salt..)

My friend used to buy this Melba Toast (has some honey).

It's nice to have some ready made items at home when everything else has to be homemade on special diets. This store follows the scd diet so everything on their website is basically sweetened with honey, nothing has grains (no corn, rice, potato, oats, gluten).

Gluten-free muffins.
Fish.
Pizza (I love cold leftover pizza for breakfast).
Gluten-free oven baked donuts.
Homemade protein bars.
Nuts.
Nutbutter, jam or butter on gluten-free toast.
Cinnamon bread.

Check out the website "chocolate Cover Katie". She has lots of vegan healthier breakfast recipes, many which can be made gluten free.
