Recently bought a house. Are we supposed to buy a gift for our mortgage broker, real estate agent or real estate lawyer? (All frum if that makes a diff.) Was thinking about a little something for shabbos maybe. But is that the norm/expected?

Didn't you pay them?
When I bought my apartment, I paid everyone their fees. That was quite enough
The broker bought me a present (which is coming done)

The opposite- the agent usually gets you a small token gift.

They did all get paid. (Realtor not by us)
That's was the reason we thought that we don't need to get them a gift.
They also didn't spend an unusual amount of extra time on us. BH it was very smooth.

we didn't. If I was unusually happy with one of them I can see doing it but honestly even the realtor that we were very happy with we didn't.
