Frozen, bodek or any other kosher brand,
I use to see them all the time.
Then around Shavuot Time I saw some, and bought a few Pks,
Anyone seen them lately
Where?
Going to Brklyn next week.

VThanks going to pick up 12 packs since I can't get them here.
It would probably last me until March.
Is that too long for frozen veggies.
Maybe I'll purchase less

I think Bodek is the only kosher brand on the market.
The BEST way to make them is to roast them frozen (don't defrost first, as that will cause sogginess) and season heavily. Salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, honey, balsamic, and I use Facon (for fleshig dinners)

I've been seeing the bodek ones all over recently. They were gone for about a year but they've been available pretty consistently since Shavuos. I've seen them in Queens (Arons Kissena farms), Teaneck, and Brooklyn.
