Had anyone taken any life coaching courses? Are you able to recommend one over the other and do you feel it helped your own life overall And what are you doing with the certification?

Life coaching is NOT therapy. Please know when to refer out and what the limits of your training are. You can really mess people up even with the best of intentions.
