I just recently saw a house there. and I was wondering if that place would become more chasidish or more yeshivish? I am chasidish. do you think it will be more yeshivish or change to be chasidish. its about a 15 minute walk from harmony.
very close by they are building a chasidish development.
is anyone yeshivish interested in buying in locust grove developement? or renting there?

Funny u asked I actually live on the block. I dont want to out myself but I can tell u its very yeshivish. There is only one chasisiah neighbor on the block. Isabella, belgian hill and swiss mountain are all pretty yeshivish. Their are some more litvish and working crowd here too. Further away by harmony park is lots of belz.

Any yeshivish people are intersted in locust grove? if I bought on isabella would yeshivish people make me feel comfortable? are the neighbors friendly? I am a sahm. would that be very different then anyone there? would they look down at that?
I am really interested in buying there. I guess if they make me feel welcome I will be very happy. I am not materialistic at all. I dress very simple. I like to mind my own business but I would still like some friends.
my broker told me that there is another chasidishe owner there. is that true? and another one that is in contract. with a chasidish owner. you mention swiss mountain. I was told another chasidish family there.
I was also told there are frum people in woodbine and rose ct. do you know what type? do you know anyone moving into locust grove?

Isabella has one chassidish family. Around the corner on swiss mountain there ia someone also chassidish which I had totally forgotten about. Neighbors are all very welcomong and friendly. Kind of a bit like living out of town in a certain sense bec ppl are very friendly. Its pretty yeshivish. I dont know anyone moving into locust grove but I believe it is supposed to be chassisdish but dont really know how it will turn out. Originally harmony park which is about a half a mile away was supposed to be all chasidish but there are dedinately aome working yeshivish guys there too. I would think ppl would be welcoming and nice.

I was actually looking into a lot of houses on Isabella and Swiss mountain. The crowd seems more litvish with a few chasidim that do live there (I know 2 belzer and 2 viznitzer chasidim live there) but right behind Isabella is the new belz development and they are starting a new chassidishe development around the corner on New Hampshire
